The "Mushroom" on Kimolos

Skiadi is the name of a rock formation on Kimolos, the neighboring island of Milos. There is a hiking trail from Horio, the capital of Kimolos, to Skiadi. The hike takes about two hours. You can continue from Skiadi to the west coast to a place called Mavrospilia (The Black Cave), which also takes around two hours. The hiking trail from Horio to Skiadi is fairly good, and part of the way you walk on a gravel road. The path from Skiadi towards the coast is quite rugged, so it's best to wear sturdy footwear.
